If the product doesn’t answer your expectations in color, style, or size, you can take it back or exchange in 14 days after delivery.
The product cannot be used and must be in good condition. It must have: package, labels, ready-for-sale condition, suitability.
Process of refund or exchange:
You must inform us (via email email@example.com) about your wish to refund or exchange the product before sending it to us.
You can get a refund in 5-7 days’ time after we get the product back.
If refund is our fault (spoilage in production, the wrong product was sent), transportation and delivery are at our expense. In other cases transportation and delivery are at your expense.
